The Aker Seafoods MAP-packed Fish range contains two different types of fish cakes:

• Fish cakes made of whitefish such as cod, haddock and coalfish caught in the northeastern Atlantic. Fish cakes contain 74% boneless fish. Fish cakes come in packages of two or four.
  *Salmon fish cakes contain 74% boneless salmon and cod. The mix consists of 58% salmon, 35% cod and 7% smoked salmon. Salmon fish cakes come in packages of two.
  
  Fish cakes are packed in shopping-friendly modified atmosphere packaging that keeps them fresh longer.
