The Aker Seafoods MAP-packed Fish range includes two different minced fish mixes:

• A cod mix with 60% pure minced cod fillet and a total fat content of 5%.
  *A mix of cod and salmon with a minced fish content of 62%, of which 81% is cod and 19% salmon, and a total fat content of 2%.
  
  Both types of minced fish are made by grinding the skin- and boneless fillets and mixing them with the other ingredients. The minced fish is packed in modified atmosphere packagings each containing 400 g. The minced fish can be used for fishcakes as is or it can be mixed with herbs, minced onion or the like.
