Aker Seafoods MAP-packed Fish cod fillets are skin- and boneless fillets, ready to prepare. The fillets are packed in shopping-friendly packaging with a modified atmosphere that keeps them fresh longer. A package of 250 g typically contains 3-4 fillets, which serves two persons.
It's important that the fish is put directly in the refrigerator when brought home from shopping. If kept too hot, the fish will lose much of its freshness. The ideal temperature for storing is 0-2° Celsius.
