Aker Seafoods MAP-packed Fish flounder fillets are skin- and boneless fillets, ready to prepare. A 250 g package contains 5-7 fillets depending on their size. One package serves two persons.

Like the other products in the MAP-packed Fish range, fillets are packed in shopping-friendly modified atmosphere packaging that keeps them fresh longer. It's important that the fish is put directly in the refrigerator when brought home from shopping. If kept too hot, the fish will lose much of its freshness. The ideal temperature for storing is 0-2° Celsius.
