Aker Seafoods MAP-packed Fish salmon fillets are cut into evenly sized portion-pieces. The fillets are boneless and have skin on one side, making them quick and easy to prepare. Aker Seafoods only uses salmon which classifies as Superior – the Norwegian designation for fish of supreme quality. Aker Seafoods salmon fillets have a fat content of 12 g per 100 g fish.
Fillets are packed in shopping-friendly plastic containers with a modified atmosphere that keeps them fresh longer. The modified atmosphere consists of oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen – elements which can all be found in the air we breathe in night and day.
